We loved how attentive the staff was. The woman at the towel hut was so nice, she added so much to our wonderful experience here. Yaniel, the server at the pool hustled all day/everyday with a smile. You’re lucky to have him. The hotel is quaint, clean, everyone is friendly, customer service was a 10! The rooms have great features. The spa fit me in my first day here to fix my toenails. We will DEFINITELY be back.
United States of AmericaWe arrived on Friday to The Palms hotel to spend a weekend , we were greeted professional, our first room we got was by the elevator and was noisy I called front desk to see if we could get a different room with in 10 minutes we got a room on 6th which was nicer! The restaurant and tiki bar were great! Service was excellent! We will come back for sure!

The ocean had a little seaweed to contend with but not too bad that it was problematic. The room was great and they did housekeeping everyday. The breakfast was a buffet with a great selection. We ate at the resort for dinner one night and food was great with even better ambiance. We rented citibikes on the last day and could easily get to the south beach pier.
