The food was good but both restaurants had the same menu for lunch and dinner, so we got tired of what was available. You can't stay on premises for 6 days on one menu no matter how good. They could offer daily specials to keep it interesting. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did not replenish our coffee or supplies unless we asked and did not come everyday as promised. The amenities are concentrated outside the cabins in recreation activities like pool, fire pits, game room. There are few creature comforts in the cabins.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hostel. The worker was friendly and walked us to our room and showed us around the kitchen. The room was very clean and cozy. The beds were so comfy…we slept GOOD! We were grateful to have a kitchen. We had traveled for three days already and it was nice to wash our travel mugs and refreeze our freezer packs in our cooler.

Great location! The house is set back off the main road with plenty of privacy! The back patio and BBQ are was a great way to spend the evening. The local grocery store was not far away and we had very easy access to Yosemite!

    Whisker trimmings behind sink faucet. Tub was dirty. Power went out a couple of times a day without warning. Hot tub was dirty. Dog poop on the grounds. No continental breakfast, not even coffee or coffee cups. Left a day early, rang the bell at 0900 at the front desk day of departure and no response. I was told by a young lady 2 doors away that they might still be sleeping.

    The place was extremely well organized, it was like a real home: everything you think you might need, it was there, including non perishable food and an amazing breakfast basket that kept us fed well for our intense hikes in Yosemite! We liked the feeling of a real homey place, nothing fancy. Loved the porch with the lights. The place is quite isolated from stores and restaurants, but that is exactly what we were looking for!

    Everything was amazing! Home away from home! Love that there was already household items there to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was such a cozy property. We appreciated the variety of coffees to choose from. The ice in the freezer was so helpful for our cooler. Overall such an amazing stay! Can’t wait to book again.
