From the bell hop, valet, to house keeping and especially Jen at the front desk...it didn’t matter how many times we called she made it seem like we weren’t a bother at all. I loved that. They seemed to remember our names and would constantly tell us to have a great day or night. There was another lady at the front that actually called a restaurant for us to find out the wait time and made our reservations. She could have easily just told us the name of the place and moved on. The valet guy gave us a recommendation to take a bike ride (also complimentary) to a local diner called the Floridian (which was amazing and affordable). I loved that he was personable and friendly and was happy to help.
