It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon happy hour relaxing by the sea. Inside, find designer decor and all the comforts of home. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line kitchenware. Other features include TVs in every room (including big-screen TVs in the den and primary bedroom), high-speed WiFi, a children's game system, a game table, ceiling fans, and a jetted bathtub. Sandbridge Beach is just the beginning for beach buffs, with great golfing and shopping areas close by. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
