Across the street is the popular Izzy’s Island Tacos & Ice Cream shop. Only 2.5 miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. Private beach access gate provides easy beach access. Driving /non driving beach divider right by 27th avenue (so take your pick of where you'd like to set up for the day (non-drive is great if you have small children) This clean and well cared for 1 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor end unit offers amazing views from the front balcony. This 3rd floor unit provides great views from the living room and private balcony. Condo has two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Full-size kitchen stocked with all the essentials you need for your home away from home vacation. In addition, kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker and Tea Kettle and we will provide complimentary coffee/tea during your stay! Relax and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the moon rise above the Atlantic while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach tubes are available in the condo for your use. This complex offers a pool located on the waters edge with ample chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck with a BBQ pit area for guests. PLEASE NOTE: The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!
