A fantastic room with masses of space, including a separate living room, two walk-in closets and a mini kitchen. Comfortable bed, wonderful pillows and great views. Staff were extremely attentive and courteous - we had a problem with our tv but someone was knocking on our door to fix it before I had even out the phone down. I was returning after exactly 50 years to this landmark hotel and will not be waiting anywhere near that time to stay with them again.

At check-in, the desk responded sophisticatedly and actively and quickly informed me of various inquiries during my stay (sorry!, I can't remember the name.) I couldn't thank the staff. And I want to thank Mr. Pedro (General Lee) and Angelo for always smiling and welcoming me in front of the elevator and the main gate on the first floor. Thanks to this, I was able to get on the plane safely by solving the problem of COVID-19 test and delicious meals. Thanks to the skilled and experienced staff, I had good memories with my wife.
