BART - 16th St. Mission Station: only 5 minutes away! (1,150 feet by foot)
Relatively quiet in a somewhat noisy neighborhood. Staff was professional, patient and helpful in providing directions. Enjoyed the choice of bathtub or shower. Location across the street from police station added to sense of security.

I was surprised to the cleanliness of the room compared to how the hotel looks from the outside, when I arrived I was pretty sure it's going to be horrible based on what I see in the lobby and the stuff, but when we arrived to the room it was really nice and clean, so that was a really pleasant surprise. I recommend this hotel, I can probably rate it as really good value for the price and it's in the middle of Mission, which means all the restaurants and bars and clubs are just outside your door - that's super convenient. And it's on Valencia street which is quite nice (compared to parallel Mission).

Not sure if this is a hotel or a hostel. It felt like a hostel, but without the communal areas and quite expensive (as is SF for accommodation). Decent bathrooms and storage, clean, fridge in room, etc. Computer for guest use in reception. 24 hour reception. Excellent location for Mission restaurants and bars.

Location was 15 min walking from Union Square and there's a bus line to Fisherman's Wharf on a parallel street. The room was clean and had relatively new Ikea furniture. The hosts were very much inexistent, we saw just one lady upon arrival (it's a family owned hotel and they probably live there as well)

Cheerfully decorated(tropical prints as you'd expect by the name), clean and comfortable in the centre of the vibrant mission district. This was good value for money as I was travelling with three friends.

The hotel is located in a nice and lively neighborhood, it might seem a bit sketchy at night bit it really isn't. The staff was very nice and understanding, as we had some problems with our credit cards on the first day. The room had a small refrigerator and the bed was comfortable.
