United States of Americavery clean, large rooms, excellent staff. upon arrival, I was so tired I left my 5000 new macbook laptop somewhere in the lobby. day after I asked front desk and they actually had my laptop. I was so happy. 5 star staff for sure.
CanadaHotel staff were very friendly, the room was spacious even though it was way different from the pictures online that described the room. The food and coffee in the lobby were good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and when I go back to Buffalo I will be staying at the Westin.
