The reception staff and restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff not so. The hotel structure is extremely modern. The lobby and bar area is 5 star. Modern furnishings throughout. Minimum toiletries but very good quality. We were given a voucher to compensate our experiences... we did not use it and returned it on check out. I'm not sure if it was credited to our account.
