In unit Washer and Dryer No Pets No Smoking Our Beachy themed condo will blow you away with it's amazing Gulf view which you get not only from the living room area but from the kitchen and the dining area as well. Plenty of seating for the whole family; seating for 7 in the living room, seating for 3 balcony area, and the dining table seats 4 with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar. Did I mention the easy to clean wood grained ceramic tile throughout the condo. Our all stainless steal appliance kitchen is fully stocked with ice maker and water from the fridge door, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... Granite counters with a duo k-cup & drip coffee type coffee maker, 2 slotted toaster, a blender, a mixer, and a crock pot.
