There are a number of houses in town that sleep 10 or more people, but very few offer enough private bedrooms and actual beds for so many guests. Top of the Town is the rare rental that does both. And when you compare our price per guest to any other place of our caliber in town, you'll see what a great deal it is! We purchased the property in October 2019 and have been updating everything about the home and the guest experience. If you've stayed here before, you'll see many changes big and small since your last stay.

My wife and I have been visiting Lava Hot Springs several times a year since 2006. It has been a favorite weekend getaway for our family, and we've introduced so many others to it who now consider it a favorite of theirs, as well! I am a Michigan native, and my wife, Monika, grew up in Utah, where we live. When we're not soaking in the hot pools, you can find us checking out live music, getting together with friends and their kids, or planning our next Carnival cruise. We love visiting Lava Hot Springs so much we decided to buy property there and help create an amazing experience for others to love it, too. Top of the Town is just up the hill past Mike's Market grocery store, nestled in with a bunch of other nightly rental homes. You're just a short walk (3 minutes) down the hill to The Royal Pizzeria and downtown Lava. It's only a 10-minute walk to the world-famous hot pools, meaning you can park the car at the house and never turn the key again until you're ready to leave. This part of the neighborhood is fairly quiet, a mix of residential and nightly rentals. You won't have the bar crowd getting out making a lot of noise or hear a ton of traffic.
