Begin each morning by taking in the view from your private balcony, spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the white-sand beach, and enjoy use of such fantastic resort amenities as swimming pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, and a well-appointed fitness center. On the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not dining at one of the two on-site restaurants or riding the free tram to the beach, you'll find Grand Boulevard less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf one mile beyond, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park less than four miles east. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 8. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
