There is a large, fenced-in backyard with lush landscaping, where you can relax in the warm island sun from a poolside lounge chair. Located in the heart of Anna Maria Island, you will enjoy the ultimate relaxation within this spacious and bright house. There is a single-car garage and space in the driveway, though you could also take the free Island Trolley that travels around the island. Head out for a morning stroll along the endless sugar-sand beaches located only a block and a half from you! The updated kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need, so you can save time and money in between trips to nearby restaurants. The kitchen opens up to a comfortable sitting area, and in the family room you'll find a large flatscreen TV and sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and backyard. Pull out the coffee maker to brew your morning cup of coffee, or hook up the blender to mix up your favorite refreshing cocktail.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 22 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
