Although it is new, the place was so clean and fresh, light and airy. The room was gorgeous. Considering this is classed as a budget type hotel you honestly wouldn’t think it was.

We enjoyed the video of the hotel and the unique lobby. We also enjoyed the bus transportation to universal. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. The location was nice for the price.

It was a brilliant location, right at the top of International Drive. If you go through the car park instead of walking round on the road it was right outside the I Hop bus stop. The suites were excellent. We were 4 adults and 2 children sharing and we did not feel cramped. The pool was nice and the food was good. Plus continual buses to Universal parks till 3 am. Could not fault the place and wish I was back or going again soon.

We stayed with a large wedding party 40 approx for 11 days the hotel was superb the rooms clean and fresh the pool area was wonderful with good safety drills each day children were watched over the hotel food was good a little expensive but good. One of our children became ill had to go to hospital and the hotel reacted immediately ordered ambulance and arranged a taxi for the parents home at no cost. The rooms were spacious super clean and bright well laid out and a brilliant location with free shuttle services to local attractions wifi was free and excellent and the hotel was very secure but not excellent for those unable to walk far each day getting in and out.the grounds had a lot to offer nice places to sit talk and eat. the local shops are very far to walk and mega expensive £5 for a packet of corn flakes I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and I am extremely hard to please.

This is the best placed property, right on I-drive where you can access lots of shops and places to eat using the I-trolley (tickets are very cheap and bus is easy to use) Hotel buses are always available, as one bus leaves for The theme parks another one replaces it so that even at the busiest times it’s practically no wait at all. Haven’t had a lot of interaction with staff, but that was simply because we had no issues and found everything easy to follow. Beds are comfy, heard small amount of noise from other rooms/corridors but nothing major and definitely nothing that would put us off from staying again.
