The apartment is a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a master en-suite. **ONLY 13 miles from NYC; 20 min drive. 13 miles from Newark airport** ** 10 Min. drive to, American Dream, Metlife Stadium & Paterson Great Falls** Close to all amenities And Transportation! (Bus,Train, NJ Transit) WALKING DISTANCE TO NJTRANSIT train
We love hosting and meeting new people. We both love to travel and therefore understand the idea of being comfortable when you are away from home. We are laid back and easy going individuals. The apartment is in a peaceful and convenient location. *CVS is literally across the street; very convenient for any last-minute runs, small grocery needs or if you forgot to pack something. *There is a beautiful park within a 2 minute walking distance which includes playgrounds for children to play, a pond, a boathouse cafe for drinks/snacks/ice cream and walking pathways. *Main street which includes several restaurants, barber shops etc. *There is a gas station right across the street as well so you can fill up your tank before heading to any road-trips. 13 miles (23Km) from Manhattan and 13 miles (23Km) from Newark Intl Airport. Public transportation all within walking distance. Within 7 minute walk there is a supermarket and several restaurants. NJ Train station is 7 mins away 35 mins to Manhattan A bus line connects the apartment with Port Authority in Manhattan in approximately 40 minutes. There are other bus lines connecting with Manhattan within walking distance.
