We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side from Old City to Market Square and beyond! We provide one parking pass in a designated lot across the street from the lofts. Although, if there are more vehicles, there is free public parking on the weekends and after 6PM on weekdays. Uber and Lyft are both utilized frequently in this area. In addition, Knoxville downtown/campus areas are serviced by electric scooters if you are up for an adventure! - Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
