The location is great with a 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants. The Beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in . Kris is very kind and helpful.

The place is a very good option for family vacation. Location is perfect! Good restaurants and markets close, very nice beach just a few steps away. Everything at the property was clean and well organized when we arrived. Just a lovely place to stay!!

The owner Kris was waiting for our arrival and he showed us our room, giving us a few water bottles at our arrival. Internet worked well. Location: We loved that Publix was just 5-7 min walk and the beach just across the street. Chairs and umbrella were available to use for the beach.

There was no breakfast. The only thing I would like to focus on was the lack of kitchen utensils IE: glasses. Too large and bulky; no smaller ones . And only 2 plastic ones for pool side.

Hi there! Your hosts Maria & Kris here. We are passionate about hosting because we love vacationing and we want to make our property as enjoyable as we would like it, just as if we were guests here! We like to make sure that all guests have a clean and comfortable stay. During our free time, we enjoy going to the beach that is just down the street from the property and enjoying the fine cuisine that is offered here in Fort Lauderdale.

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a small seaside town on Florida's east coast just north of Fort Lauderdale. Everything is just a short walk away such as: to the beach, to Anglin's Pier, or to the numerous shops and restaurants lining Commercial Blvd from Anglin's Square, the town's quaint oceanfront district, to the Intracoastal. There's plenty to do: walk along the Town's Blue Wave beaches, fish off the pier, go paddleboarding, or dive or snorkel on the coral reef located within 100 yards of the beach- we are Florida's Beach Diving Capital.
