Looking for that Top Rated vacation rental for you and your family to stay while in Florida. Well, look no further, because you found it. This Vacation Villa Rental comes with a heated pool & spa. Please note that heating of the pool and spa is at an additional cost per day and is not included in the daily rate. Located 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studio and The Orlando International Airport, you are never too far to enjoy all of Florida's attractions. This 2000 square foot bungalow with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms easily and comfortably allows room for 8 people to enjoy their stay. This house is located in the private community of Orange Tree that is managed by a HOA. This house is also maintained by Homes For America as property manager on my behalf to ensure that everything is where and how it is suppose to be. If you notice something that is not provided such as BBQ or high chair, please do not hesitate to contact and make a request for an additional cost.
Nestled in amongst the fragrant orange trees that give the community it’s name, you’ll find Orange Tree. This is a development of around 400 single family rental villas with pools. Quite a few of the houses back onto conservation or a lake and some have a view of the original orange grove trees still standing in their planted lines. Where there are orange trees you will get orange blossom and when it blooms, the air is filled with their beautiful fragrance. What’s Around? Orange Tree is just a 20 minute drive to the Walt Disney World® attractions and 30 minutes to Universal Orlando®. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, as well as a SuperWalmart, post office, English café, a Cat Café and an Indian restaurant. Orlando’s famous Restaurant Row is 40 minutes away and this has a multitude of bars and restaurants for you to discover. Plus, just up the road, there is Lake Louisa State Park. 15,000 acres of unspoiled woodland to wander through, exercise, even ride horses and also a citrus growers where you can pick your own fruit.
