Hotel Moab Downtown is located in the heart of Moab, with views of La Sal Mountains and surrounded by towering red rock cliffs. Guests can take advantage of a seasonal pool.
Great location in middle of Moab. Nice little pool.
We loved the ease of going to the parks. The town itself was hosting spring break, but honestly did not affect us at all. The town seemed less crowded during the following week. The parks were not overwhelmingly crowded, the people were very friendly and outgoing. It is a great town, with good restaurants and easy accessibility whether driving, walking or hiking.

We visit Moab every few years for the hiking. This year we went to mountain bike. Off season(Nov-early March) is best for more solitude. Amazing red rock country with a wide variety of activities for every skill level.

Perfect place to visit to do SO much (or as little as you want). Short, easy hikes and long, strenuous hikes are all there. National parks, Colorado River, museums, great food, biking trails - this place has it all.

We came to Moab during the off-season to avoid high numbers of people. Since we bring our dogs, we don't go to the National Parks. We spent time hiking local birding spots and rock-hounding spots - lots of BLM ground for public access. We really enjoyed using Moab as our hub and then spending our days going in different directions. We shopped at the local grocery store and ate from our vehicle and/or our hotel room.

My Hotel room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on it.
My Hotel room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on it. The ceiling fan had strings of dust hanging from it and the door entering the room was broken. Because I have severe allergies and just couldn’t bring myself to sleep on the stained sheet I left a few minutes after check in. Booking and Days Inn of Moab refused to give my money back. I had to spend money on another hotel for the night. My first experience with Booking was not good because they wouldn’t make it right. Because of this my stay in Moab was not pleasant.

Visiting both Arches and Canyonlands was great as they are 2 different experiences. We did each of those in 1 day each. We also added a rafting trip down the Colorado river which broke things up a bit.
Breakfast was wonderful! Thrilled it was sit down buffet and not grab and go. Coffee quality and selection was the best of the trip. I want to respond to the " dated" decor criticism. The decor is on keeping with the rustic western style that is timeless... and not dated! The hotel has trees and is in lovely old downtown section of moab ..cross street to very nice meals at reasonable prices. Befs were very comfortable. I am so glad we stayed here for our visit and would love to come again!
amazingly clean - cleaner than most hotels that are not pet friendly. Even my mother-in-law who doesn’t like indoor pets and is super clean could not find a trace of a pet in her room. It does not smell like animals in the rooms. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was also great. There is a $ General within walking distance for supplies. Also, we did not hear other guests so the walls must be pretty thick, but we were also on the top floor and in a corner room.
The best place we've stayed in Moab so far. The location is sensational, right in the center of Moab, so you can walk to dinners and don't have to worry about driving back to your hotel. We loved the modern decor, everything was exceptionally beautiful. We used the hot tub and little patio, did some cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and were just very impressed. Will definitely come back to this!
The villa was gorgeous! We loved the king sized bed, hot tub, kitchen and living space. This is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a long day of exploring Moab. And it's pet friendly. We noticed that there's a grill although we didn't have a chance to use it. It was serene and quiet. The owners responded very quickly to all questions. Thanks again!
My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the Moab Sleep Inn. The beds were very comfortable and the room along with the entire hotel was clean and inviting. There was a nice variety of foods offered for breakfast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Moab.
Moab is a phenomenal location and Hideout at the Rim is a phenomenal place! The accommodations were great and the breakfasts were the best we had anywhere on our trip! Loretta was a stellar host and Karin was a 5-star chef. If you are headed to Moab - STAY HERE!!! If we would rate them even higher, we would!
Walking distance from the downtown. The room was great, so comfortable and happily surprised :)
The Personnel were great and very nice.
We stayed for 3 nights and able to have a good sleep and rest for the adventures of the following day. Next visit to Moab we will go back to the Gonzo Inn of course
Best reasonably priced hotel in Moab for families. Love the queen-sized bunk beds! Breakfast is great. My kids love the pool and the slide. It isn't a large pool but it's lots of fun, even for teenagers. There is also a game room with old school video games and a ping pong table.
The kitchen appliances and setup was excellent. We prefer to eat in usually and most hotels have bar fridges only in the rooms. The rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the north end of the town--much quieter than downtown Moab.
Can't really fault this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV had a good selection of channels and plenty of parking. Great pool for kids. Well located for Moab and loved the retro features, fridge microwave and even the bath suite.
Great location in Moab, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel room had all the expected amenities, such as coffee and a microwave, along with a convenient and large sink area outside the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
I was exhausted from hours of driving and I just wanted a cheap hotel to rest a few hours. Indeed, it was cheap, however, staff was friendly and the room extended my expectations of cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel was fantastic! Such a cool place with a great vibe. We go to Moab often for mountain biking, and this is the best place we've ever stayed at in Moab. Dinner at the restaurant was great!
Best hotel breakfast!!! Great location in proximity to national parks and the town of Moab. All of the staff were so friendly to us during our 2 night stay here. Our room was nice & clean!
