This home is located a short distance from UW, Fremont, Space Needle (2.9 miles), stadiums, Pike Place, Gasworks Park, Greenlake and so much more. The fully-fenced yard is stonescaped and pleasant for outdoor dining. Relax in a hammock under a wisteria covered pergola. During the winter, enjoy the large cedar sauna, jetted tub, wood burning fireplace, and more. You will love the unique and outstanding restaurants and shops just a walking distance away. Get comfortable and enjoy Seattle!
We are a married couple with 3 children and we LOVE hosting! Although we both have backgrounds in healthcare, hosting has become our real passion. We love it so much we started the Cedar and Sunlight Property Management company so we can expand our ability to host guests throughout our region. We have travelled a lot, both with and without children, and know the relief you feel when you arrive at a property and see that everything is just perfect. We want to give you that experience every time you stay at one of our homes. We take pride in rapid response times and playing tour guide if needed (and for the icing on top, Suzanne has a significant background in Kenya so we donate a portion of each booking to support girls education and community health work in a rural community on Kenya's Coast). Let us provide you with a clean and lovely home to stay so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation!
