Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this large home offers maximum privacy for guests with no neighbors directly across the canal. Speaking of the canal, it offers you direct access to Charlotte Harbor, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. The lush landscaping, including mango, key lime, banana, and avocado trees, creates a serene atmosphere. The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests. Enjoy a snack or formal meal in the dining room that has seating for up to six people, and then head over to the living room's comfortable sectional and settle in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Things to Know: Free high-speed WiFi Streaming TV with guest account Snowbird-friendly Dog friendly *Pool heat is available between October 1st and May 1st. The charge is 32 dollars a day plus tax. A three-day minimum is required. Vacasa must be notified 72 hours in advance since it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. **Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
