Chris was extremely helpful, his customer service skills have always been phenomenal... the girls at front desk were great, always cheerful, really makes you feel like you belong there. Also housekeeping staff shined as well, from Antonia, to Courtney.. these young lady's always making sure you have everything you need.. I've been staying here for years and Chris has been there from the get go.. (The Keystone in Wingates arch of comfort and hospitality...) United States of AmericaStaff is always friendly. We enjoy Taco the donkey, the breakfast is good, and unless other guests misuse the pool and hot tub, we always have a great stay. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect for why we stay there (Gruene) and we often come just to have a night away. We live 20 minutes away but enjoy it enough to return every couple of months for a change of pace.
