      There was an occasional banging noise heard in our room. Couldn’t figure out what it was. Not too bothersome.

      The address was incorrect. My GPS started taking me in circles. I had to stop and call the facility to get the correct address. That added a half an hour to my already long drive. Then the lights came on in the room in the middle of the night when I rolled over in my sleep.

      My husband couldn’t locate anyone to check us in. The employee who escorted my husband to the room asked him if he wanted shampoo and conditioner ( apparently not standard). There was a “PET inside” sign on the door. My husband asked for a different room as he has allergies. The employee said oh that was a mistake, their weren’t pets in there. My husband had to suffer with allergies, so pets had been in there. The bed is jammed against the wall so it’s almost impossible to get into the bed on the one side.. there was only one pillow per person so I called. No one answered when I called on the room phone. I called the main number from my cell phone. After many rings, I was told there was no one to help us with changing rooms or pillows. Everyone had left for the night????? I don’t understand how there could be no one there????? In the morning I could find no one to return the key to. If I had, I would have asked for my money back. I will NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. To have no staff available is insane! What if there was an electrical issue or mechanical etc????

      I don't like the staff, because there was none. The management and staff of this facility needs to go. The review was absolutely correct with 2 star rating. My first and last experience. I got there around 3.15 pm, check in time supposed to be 3.00 pm. They told me that the room is not ready, so I give them my cell phone # and sat outside, I checked back at 4.30 pm, still not ready. Now my schedule are starting to get screwed up. At 5.00 pm I went back in to find a big argument between the front desk agent and 2 guests about room not being ready. Those guest demanded a refund. The front desk agent told us that he is trying to get to the Manager. He disappeared and never return. I left with my family to my plans, the other guests left also. I returned at 11.00 pm to find the room ready, smelly and hair on the pillow, an indication that they never changed the sheets and pillow. My daughters had to put a towel over the pillow to sleep. This place is a disaster. Please stay away from this place. On a busy labor day weekend they have notice at the front desk, no live person to attend to guests. I saw lots of other angry guests in the hallway. I would give them a 1 star rating.

      Need more than 2 pillows in room needed. Checking in after 10pm was a long process. You have to call a number from the lobby phone. That call gets dispatched to someone, who is not on premises. She then called the clerk on duty, who then had to come open the lobby window to check you in. Not a quick process when exhausted from driving.

      It was clean, quiet and safe. Comfortable mattress and nice, basic room. The kitchenette is a big plus, as well.
