Had to call because we were going to be late. The owner said he would leave the keys inside and turn on the lights and heat and leave door open. We needed to add a night to our reservation and it was no problem.

I had not received the message about late check in but when we arrived there was a note hanging on the office door, telling us our room #, they had taken the liberty of opening our room door, leaving us the key, turning on the lights and AC and had closed the curtains for us! They gave us an update on the breakfast service for the next morning which was held in a delightful bright room. My grandaughter loved all the different sugar and creamers sets on the table cloth adorned tables. Overall a great stay!
