The staff goes well above and beyond to take care of guests - without even needing to be asked. Needed to store my bikes, valet my vehicle, steam my clothes and grab dinner before the ballet. All was taken care of with no stress and full smiles. This is my second stay and I'm beyond impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality and luxe accommodations. I don't think there's a better value in the city than Zetta.

I love everything about this Hotel. There were so many fine touches. the staff was beyond wonderful for example walking me out to show me the location of a great restaurant, personal wake-up call with advice that is was colder than usual. Down comforter…yea. So many hotels have gone to cheaper blankets that are cold and far less comfortable. Finally the two head shower and a scale in the immaculate bathroom.
