Se mantiene en excelente forma todo lo histórico del lugar, el buen gusto del dueño en el diseño, la comodidad y amplitud del espacio, y la magnífica forma en que se fusiona lo antiguo con lo moderno. Se nota que no es un departamento estándar para turistas, si no que ha sido pensado por alguien que sabe valorar del arte y cultura, y además dispone de elementos (como una gran cafetera y una radio casetera) para que la estadía sea lo más confortable, como estar en casa

It is the location which makes it speacial beside this the apartment is at least twice as big as a regular hotel room and is very bright because of it's many windows.
Worked in the tourist industry in Europe for more than twenty years/Loved to stay at special places with a touch of flair which I hope I achieved with this apartment too.
When you get outside and go to the corner than turn either left or right and you will be in a short walk at the sea side !.La Ciudad Vieja is the financial district of Montevideo at lunch time a lot of nice restaurants offer great dishes(Estrecho/Petit Cusine/Jacinto/Lucca/Sin Pretenciones etc...) furthermore it is a vivid "barrio" during day time ,small supermarkets, museums , nice parks/plazas all in walking distance.Beside all this La Ciudad Vieja/The old historical city is one of the most attractive neighbourhood for it's architecture.
