Căn hộ nằm ở trung tâm phố đi bộ Thế Lữ, bên dải bờ sông Tam Bạc. Chiều chiều, gió từ sông thổi lên mát rượi, ánh đèn sáng rực soi xuống lòng sông thấp thoáng bóng thiên nga bơi lội. Nơi đây là khu phố ẩm thực là tuyến phố đi bộ trong lòng thành phố. Tối đến đèn chăng như sao sa, hàng quán kề sát vai nhau, người đi kẻ lại đông nườm nượp. Đủ thứ với phong vị đặc trưng của đất Cảng, thưởng thức không khí lễ hội trong không gian sôi động mà lãng mạn.
