The quality of the breakfast & the staff upstairs were great. The warm welcome from the staff at our arrival. We stayed in connected rooms with my family which had a lot of space and nice sophisticated decor. The location of the hotel in a street less busy than other but still near great restaurants and old quarter

LithuaniaI spent a month in Vietnam and this was the best hotel of my stay. The level of service was so high. The room decoration is beautiful and so comfortable. I really like the roof top and drinking my coffee up there. And the jacuzzi with a view (free) The hotel staff is also very helpful to book transfers and other activities. The best is that they let me take a shower a 9pm before taking the night train to Sapa (station is 5min away)
SwitzerlandThe service and location of this hotel are excellent. You can really tell they try hard to do everything in their power to make the stay memorable. For instance: we made some inquiries about a local type candy we like but we couldn't find, soon after a member of the staff showed up with a bag of it at our door! Also the assistance in reservations and checking a booking for our next stop were very nice.

United KingdomWe loved the personalised service at this hotel. Staff anticipated our needs and paid attention to detail in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised to have a spacious balcony and to have access to Netflix on the TV! The restaurant provided an excellent range of breakfast options but the 'icing on the cake' was the free afternoon tea provided daily - a very welcome addition after walking around the bustling streets of Hanoi.

United KingdomThe staff are fantastic. All needs and wants catered to, just ask. Very comfortable and neat stay in an excellent location. Walkable to just about everywhere you might want to see around Old Town / Hoan Kiem. They looked after us so well, I’d recommended them (highly) to anyone.
