"Kam on " for our amazing trip. It was lucky to us as the bay was not so crowded like we imagined before the trip. Very peaceful atmostphere , enjoyed the kayaking and the cooking class much. Cabin is not so big but very clean with smart decorations. Foods were definitely the highlights. Much love from us to all of the amazing people served us well.

South KoreaStaff were very friendly and helpful, you can saw them waving hand welcome come on boat. Room clean and spacious. Wifi is on off but reasonable cause of being among of mountains. Wide range of food and meals were delicous for anyone couldn’t resist the taste of Vietnamese cusine. And there were many exciting activities and memorable moments that you should experience once yourself. Over all, I highly recommend Alisa Cruise for everyone visiting Halong bay and would love sail again with them.

Alisa Staff member are all very young and helpful plus very cute & lovely too. Enjoy the whole trip and the food, people on boat definitely were an highlight. Many friend was on many big boats trip all around the world before and he was surprise with the Alisa standard in particular and the Halong Bay in General. We were overwhelmed by the glorious beauty of the cave, the panoramic view from the top of Mount Titop and were extremely excited about kayaking. There are many options from cheap to expensive but we feel Alisa is totally worth the money. They surprised me by organizing birthday celebration for me. From the cozy bedroom, the service, the food to the friendly staff on board, Alisa really made it harder to say goodbyes. I wish I had more time to stay one more night! I will definitely come back and recommend Alisa to my friends and family.

A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision at all times. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.
Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilise the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.
