A great location and a very friendly and helpful team. They were extremely helpful and a special mention to Tony who helped us out with a last minute visa problem a day before we arrived. His help was invaluable. The room was very good, with a balcony upgrade, and overall we felt very much at home at this hotel. Would definitely stay again when we are in Hanoi. The big plus was location - easy walking distance to almost everywhere you needed to go and in an extremely vibrant part of the Old Quarter.

Breakfast was very good. Great Vietnamese coffee and made to order omelettes. They had several Asian and western options. Lots of fresh fruit. The reception staff was excellent. They provided a map of the area and suggested several locations of interest for travelers. They also provided a list of restaurants/cafes to enjoy specific Vietnamese foods with locations, hours of operation, etc. we found this info very helpful. The location is excellent. Many places to eat and drink nearby.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Great location, everything was within waking distance. There was construction when we stayed but that is no fault of the hotel. I did recommend offering hear plugs to customers during construction periods. It did not bother us too much as we were out most of the day and they put us in room opposite of the late night (past 12am) construction.
