Staff out of this world .. so helpful and friendly, let by example from Le Grand Boss Philippe Lecluse, who we had the total pleasure to talk to. A true gentleman. We loved the live classical evening music, with a post dinner cocktail.. it was marvellous.

From the grand entrance with your name on the arrivals welcome screen, to remembering my dietary requirements & arranging food for breakfast for me eg gluten-free pancakes. Being shown how to use & operate everything in my room. The lovely bowl of fresh fruit, the decadent furnishings & the spectacular pool views. Excellent attention to detail. They care about the environment with options to reuse sheets and towels to providing a pencil. In the restaurant there is also a water bottle refill station. Let them arrange one of their drivers to take you on a private tour! Wonderful friendly & helpful staff! 10/10!
