They allow pets! I brought my cat with me. It was quiet and the room was a good size. If the shops around were open, it's the perfect location to be able to go around.

Everything, but especially the staff. They were simply great, from Jocelyn and the team at the front desk to the breakfast crew to the ever-present doorman. We arrived during Tet and they helped us sort out good activities, called taxis when needed and answered our many questions completely and with grace. The room was comfortable and quiet and everything worked. The breakfast was delicious and more than ample, with cooked to order items as well as a large buffet. The hotel is close to streets full of small restaurants as well as near to the lake. We stayed at a number of hotels in Vietnam and they were all good, but this was the best and it’s the staff who made the difference.

i have travelled all over the world and can say I have not encountered such friendly helpful staff who cannot do enough for you. The hotel. Is fairly small with stylish comfortable rooms located in the centre of old town. There is a buffet breakfast with cooked to order items.
