The staff was impeccable and definitely the highlight of our whole experience staying there. Kudos to the whole team and a special shoutout to the amazing ever-present, Grace and Justin! They were always happy to help with recommending places to eat / visit and truly made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and friendly chats. Five star service with a personal touch! The location of the hotel is great as well, situated in a strategic spot at the Old Quarters, with the beautiful lake just nearby and plenty of food options around. The room was clean and adequate, breakfast was great as well! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to enhance their experience in Hanoi!

Best hotel staff ever! They were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the Old Quarter so it was very easy to walk around to some of the attractions. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

One of my friends and I got sick halfway during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. I had an absolutely amazing stay. Grace and Justin and everyone on the team took care of all of my needs quickly. Staff had recommendations for anything I needed and would book any massages or taxi rides as soon as I requested. Grace helped me book all of my tours before I arrived and had everything organized every day, I barely had to do any more of my own planning which was so nice. Very convenient location surrounded by multiple businesses and walking distance to attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday when I got back from sightseeing. I travel frequently and this has been one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the staff, they truly go above and beyond. Next time I am in Hanoi I will stay here again!

The staff was exceptional! Especially Grace and Justin who were very kind and helpful and always smiling. Location was also fantastic. A couple blocks away from the lake and popular areas of the Old Quarter, and a couple blocks away in the other direction from the freeway which made it very easy to access going to/from the airport. This hotel is recessed from the main road (accessed through one of the skinny hallways that are common throughout Hanoi) which meant it was really quiet. Rooms have a window facing an interior space which allowed natural light in without the street noise which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

The room was big, and very nice furniture. But what made the difference was the staff. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests we had.
