We came here as we cancelled our second time stay with a previous and very disappointing hotel we stayed at (same stars, same rating, similar price), and we were very glad we did! Great location, quiet room, comfy and real 2 bedroom beds (not 2 singles pushed together), very clean, fantastic staff, good breakfast with a nice view over the city. We got a room upgrade, and that was welcomed! They instantly sorted us out with our onwards travel without being pushy. Highly recommend this hotel!

I chose Hanoi L'Heritage Diamond Hotel & Spa after reading reviews in Booking.com. Like everyone, I found Miss Sabi extremely helpful. As soon as we arrived, she drafted our itinerary to the very last day of our stay. Other staff were also very welcoming. Breakfast was yummy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L'Heritage to other travellers, and I definitely would stay here again when I visit Hanoi next time.

We were only here for 24 hours but the staff were very helpful and directed me to the best place to get an egg coffee and it was amazing. Our room was very large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and it even had a spa bath. We also had a very large balcony which was great to sit out in. The hotel is in the centre of the old town so a perfect location. The hotel was extremely clean. The room was excellent. It had a very large terrace/balcony. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful (example: when I wanted to buy bottles of water - the concierge ran out to a local shop to save me money, as the bottled water from the hotel was more expensive).

The hotel is at a good location next to the Cathedral, it's a walking distance to most sites and close to all the shopping street but it's quite around the hotel which is lovely .The staff was really helpful and polite, especially Ms Sabi, who was very helpful with booking our activities.The breakfast had many options to choose from with a view of the Cathedral.The rooms were well equipped , we stayed in different room as we stayed here 3 different times .We loved the two single sharing as it was more spacious than the rest .
