Great location! Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms. View overlooking the city. AC worked great! WiFi worked well! Housekeeping came daily. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Receptionist even helped me order pizza for delivery to hotel! they also arranged a car to take me to the airport for a very fair price! Amazing stay!

The hotel stays inside the central of old town with variety of foods n shops. I always book for my parents to stay at this hotel after one time the hotel we used to stay was out of room n my parents have been staying in this hotel ever seen then for every trips to Hanoi and the price is cheap. Staffs are great n they like the room for its price and location.
