The newest and cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! The room looks exactly like the pictures. We had the room with the large terrace and it was so nice to see above the city. Quiet, great A/C, comfy bed, Smart TV, fridge, electric kettle and standing shower. The hosts are also so friendly and warm so you will feel so welcomed every time you come in the door. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The owner, Zoom Hake, seems to know Hanoi very well. He helped to organize 2 cruises around Halong & Batulong, with smooth onward land transfers (car & driver waiting) between cruises too. Oh, he also saved my day by locating a roadside cobbler in Hang Dau to stitch up my walking boots that had opened up suddenly. And the hotel is new, modern & clean. But remind him about getting the kettle in the room for hot drinks- small detail actually.

amazing location ❤️very nice hotel and the best staff ever who are very helpful and useful to give us lot of information and booked city tour and Halong Bay for us with very good prices . Mia took us around Hanoi Old Quarter on her bike for free .i really appreciated about this . our room is very comfortable with smart tivi internet and WiFi with a nice balcony overlooking to street . bathroom is really impressive and brand new big and modern . The hotel’s very closed to all famous restaurants like Pho and Bun Cha Hàng Manh and Hoan Kiếm lake I often walked to all these places. Breakfast is very excellent too with lot of fresh fruits and yummy foods . I really enjoy my stay here and will come back here again soon 😊Thank you for your kind great hospitality.

A hotel in the center of everything, the perfect and dreamed place for those who discover Hanoi. I came with my partner and I was surprised by an exceptional welcome. The manager treated us and advised us (after offering us various refreshments of course) on the different activities and places to visit in Hanoi. Thanks to her, we were able to concoct a short route to take during our stay. Just incredible service with a caring and friendly team. They want to know each client, take the time to chat with us and want to build relationships. The breakfast is by far the best I have eaten in Vietnam, which is explained by their just divine Pho 😍 !! We had to leave the hotel at 5am to return, and the day before the manager offered us to prepare a breakfast with sandwiches, fruit, drinks and dairy products for the trip. An unforgettable stay, I absolutely recommend!
