You want to have a comfortable stay. I want a good feedback. Why don't we just communicate to solve problem (if any)? STAIRS: My Casa is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator/lift. Access to the property will require climbing stairs, so please keep this in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have any knee-related concerns. NOISE: Hanoi is a vibrant city, and some level of noise is inevitable, especially when staying in the lively Old Quarter. To enhance your comfort, I've thoughtfully provided earplugs in the apartment. TOUR SERVICE: We offer the Airport transfer at 18USD and other tours to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa and other tourist spots. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.
