We have a passive solar water heating system, non-chemical waste water treatment, rain catchment and gardens that are chemical free. * IAMSAIGON is not run for traditional tourist’s purpose. It belongs to Saigon Localization Project which aims to leverage travel getting closer to Saigon local life, seeing Saigon by the eyes of local and embrace culture in completely new way. Beyond travel, you live in Saigon! * This is not a tourist area, very friendly and safe. The local people are happy to talk and make friend if you also want to.

Many architecture, culture and social projects still remained in this area: Gia Dinh citadel, Lang Ong, Ba Chieu market… * Just a few steps from quite alley, your stay at iamsaigon is full of local flavors and convenient, close to both city center and airport, only for 10-15 minute private cab to almost tourist spots, your travel around Saigon is ideally comfortable. * For your most convenient, you are recommended to take Grab (popular transportation service in Vietnam, easy to install via mobile app). -Grab bike: getting around Saigon at the back seat of motor driver, called “xe om” - a kind of fun and adventurous journey.
