The staff were superlatively charming and friendly — as helpful as you'd expect at a resort. They didn't speak a word of English, but they Google-translated polite paragraphs. When the printer didn't work, Trang, the day girl, sketched out an elaborate map for us to get to the bus stop.

We made a last minute booking here on a one day layover in Da Nang before a 10pm night train. We were checked in very quickly and the staff were friendly. The room was modest and basic but quiet and comfortable.

We liked that it wasn't in the city center. We were walking around a lot and met some friendly vietnamese people. We just met one other "farang" the whole 2 days, so it was a authentic stay. We can't say, that the receptionist spoke bad english like other told. We stayed at other places where they spoke no english at all. We could communicate and she was very friendly all the time!
