The room was big and lovely. The breakfast was good and the hosts were nice and offered us fruit when we left. We loved the location not far from a temple surrounded by an amazing landscape. We could also rent scooters with the hotel.

the breakfast was huge, the owner gave us a lot which we couldnt finish at last. My son really liked her banana pancakes with chocolate. The owners are really friendly, they let us check-in early, took care of my 18-month-old son as their own grandson. They showed us around and pointed us to good restaurants in the area. The room was huge, with lots of lights and a big balcony. Overall, there is nothing to complain.

I highly recommend staying at Hue’s homestay. It’s close to everything but located on a quiet street, unlike many of the other choices. Hue has a beautiful home and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi signal was strong and the hot water was plenty hot. Breakfast was also good - she made pho ga for us even though I don’t think it’s on her menu of choices.

the owner was so kind, we forgot to book a room at tam coc so we found that place at 5 am , they immediately opened their door for us and checked us in at 5. The breakfast was so good! When we checked out she gave us free pineapple and asked if we need any help. The room really good,. big shower, ac, refrigerator etc. really recommend!!!

Everything about Ly's Homestay was exceptional. From the breakfast and rooms to their hospitality. She even suggested and helped plan various locations to check out and arranged transportation to places that were a bit far out. Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to all the restaurants but far enough from the noise. The place is very clean and my room was spacious. The owners are the sweetest people in Vietnam. Lys speaks good English and French. She booked a motorbike ride with a driver who took me to the most scenic views in Ninh Binh. She arranged a good fare taxi ride to the train station, gave me a pineapple, cold water and a hug when I left. It felt like leaving home :)

The staff Ms. Hue and Mr. Son are wonderful people, very helpful and very lovely, they made my stay really awesome. They’ve been sooooo generous as well, they stored my luggage for free and they let me use the shower 8 hours after I’d checked out (8pm), they also gifted me a cold water bottle and a pineapple for the go!! Who does this now?! I highly recommend them and their beautiful place.
