Phan Rang is extremely quiet with very limited choice of eating places / bars. Some parts are very well planted and maintained but other areas are dirty and run down. The beaches are long and could be beautiful to bathe on,but there is nothing set of for bathing (lounges / shaded area / umbrellas). The location of this apartment is out of the main town and in a suburb that is being developed so there isn't too much there just yet. The beaches are close by and lovely. Phan Rang has nice scenery. There were many places that the mountains and scenery felt like I was home in southern California. That made it a little unexciting for me, however it is well worth the trip. The sand dunes are a small area but interesting. As seems common in Vietnam, the trash did rob from the beauty.

The environment of this hotel was beautiful, garden full of flower and in the front you can see a pool, full of colored fishes. Swimming pool was clean and big, surrounded by plenty of sunbeds with clean towels on it. Breakfast they served was the highest quality, we had on our trip. Beautiful coast to walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english.
