Really well located for exploring Hanoi, with very comfy beds and a lovely balcony. The space is stylish and has a little kitchen area, fridge and washing machine. Everything is really wonderful. This is the most beautiful homestay in Vietnam I've ever lived in. Extremely egg coffee class is amazing; there is rarely a place that is as good as NyNa, especially staffs are kind and friendly.

The best possible start to our trip. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, and was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind after the (amazing) craziness of Hanoi. The apartment was incredibly light and spacious, with great views of the surrounding buildings and architecture. The roof terrace is a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while listening to the muffled sounds of the city below. The egg coffee class was also a main highlight of our trip. they arranged pick up for us, gave a warm welcome and were on hand in an instant whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment, it made our trip in Hanoi.

We enjoyed our stay at this appartement as a family of three. Our most helpful host was always only a text message away and he assisted us with our tickets to see the waterpuppets show which was real sweet of him. He also fixed the third bed we requested very quickly. We stayed for four nights so we could really discover this part of the old quarter so it feels more like home when staying in an appartement like this instead of a hotel. Its streets are busy with a lot of noise and chaotic traffic of course (no real disturbance in the appartement though), but in the evenings during the weekends they close of this part of the old quarter for cars and motorbikes, which gives the city a completely different vibe! We would reccommend this place 😃

I highly recommend this place. Every room has washing machine and a small kitchen, the bed was so comfortable. The owner was lovely and kind even though we checked out late and send late payment. This would be my go-to place every time I return to Hanoi.

NYNA House is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place and had all of the necessities . It is in the Old Quarter and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. The whole place made us feel at ease. Ha and her team was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when they welcomed us. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. I would definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our stay here ! It was such a beautiful place in a very central location and looked exactly like the pictures. More importantly, NYNA team were exceptional staff and made our stay in Hanoi very smooth and welcoming. They were very friendly, helped us schedule transportation to/from Hanoi, provided recommendations of what to do/eat, and had great service. Also, they had delicious coffee downstairs. Overall, highly recommend this place!
