Excellent location, extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Organizing tours, laundry, local tips and good places to eat. Hiep speaks amazing English and made me stay in Hanoi so fantastic. He can help with anything and I'm so grateful to him for his help during my three nights stay. The room's clean, WIFI is excellent and the shower is warm and strong. Would definitely recommend staying here. Right in heart of old quarter and easy walk to all the great sights.
