“Manager spoke excellent English and answered all my queries.The receptionist (a young and energetic woman) and I communicated via a phone application .She was friendly and helpful. I had to change my travel plan due to an emergency .The manager offered me a refund.I wish Pharma hotel the very best! Icing on the cake Pharma hotel is located very close to the town center.”

“If you are expecting the Ritz then you’ll be disappointed. Dien Bien Phu is in the North West of Vietnam far away from any major city life. However, The locals are extremely friendly and this shows with this hotel. A basic hotel but extremely clean and for what you pay, comfy. Superb staff! Posh & pretentious hotels should take a leaf outta their book. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. Breakfast was basic but a hearty noodle soup; yum! or a fried egg sandwich. I opted for the locals dish of soup. And the coffee...just Perfect! Why shouldn’t it be? it has a coffee house attached to the hotel so they know how to make a good Vietnamese coffee. If you fancy Dien Bien Phu and the Vietnamese history or if you are at work there, then this is the hotel to stay.”

“Spotlessly clean, new hotel. Room facilities exactly what is required. Very helpful staff, who, via the wonder that is Google translate, booked my onward bus ticket, even coming out to the front of the hotel with me to point out which bus I should be getting on (no need to buy a ticket beforehand, the receptionist called the bus company and they came to collect in the morning).”
