The place was located right next to Giang Coffee (famous egg coffee spot) and the lake. It was super easy to walk to everything in the old quarter. The staff was super friendly and nice!

The funiture is good, the location is good to take a trek around Old Square

Location, cleanliness, smiling, friendly staff. Especially Ms Toan, who was always ready with a greeting and helpful information. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Stored our big luggage while we went off on an adventure. We will be back!

Extremely helpful staff, great central location in old town, and great breakfast with our favorite Pho in Hanoi.

Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely helpful.

The staffs were amazingly helpful and courteous. The hotel was well located and had amazing value for money.

Great location. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Would stay here again next time.

Great location in Old Hanoi. Staff was excellent. Rooms very comfortable. They will help you get a taxi to/from the airport at the best rate. Great variety for breakfast.

The hotel is in old quarter and most of the points of interest are within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and shops are just nearby and very lively until midnight. The staff are very helpful and responsive. They arranged train and car bookings for us and which were cheaper than the online prices.

The staff here is AMAZING! They go out of their way to help you and are super friendly. Their English is also very good. There is a very nice breakfast included in the price of the room and the rooms are very affordable. Also their in house travel agent/assistant Bella is super helpful! If I come back to Vietnam I would not hesitate to contact Bella to setup all my travel arrangements.
