Perfect stay and super helpful with everything. Even let us store our luggage while we went to ha long bay and then helped us get our bus to Sa pa. Super helpful and overall great stay!

Location is perfect in the old quarter near eateries, markets and attractions. The front counter staff are very courteous, helpful and welcoming at our arrival. We booked a day trip with the hotel and were satisfied. The breakfast is plenty and the chef did a great job. We had a premium twin bed room with windows, It was clean and quiet. All in all, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay for 5 nights, Will stay again if we return to Hanoi.

It’s in an alley street which can make it a little difficult to find but we soon realized that being on a side street was great for reducing the traffic noise, you can barely hear it. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is great here.

I loved the location. The hotel is on a small street out of the craziness but there is a local market on it every morning! It is walking distance to everything and feels very safe. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was SO friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great addition. I loved it so much, I booked again on my return to Hanoi. Stay here!

Perfect home base to explore Hanoi, on a quiet yet lively side street. The breakfast was over the top amazing. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Appreciated the fresh fruit and water every day. But the best part by far was the staff. Jenny and Tony especially were so helpful, polite, patient and kind. We felt known by them immediately.
