Breakfast was excellent, there were a couple of minor issues with our room and these were attended to immediately- we couldn’t fault the wonderful staff who were so friendly and obliging. The pool was very refreshing with very comfortable poolside furniture. The location was approx 2klm from the old town and an easy bike ride or cheap taxi ride.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely lovely, they helped us organise trips, asked us how our day was every time we walked by and were just overall an absolute pleasure. The rooms were beautiful and the views were so nice looking over paddy fields and the river. The grounds of the hotel were very well kept and the pool very clean. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or so to the town centre but taxis are cheap and the hotel offers free bikes that we used to cycle all along the river and also cycled 15 minutes to the bamboo boats. Cocktails were delicious and I am not the biggest fan of Vietnamese coffee but i had one in this hotel and it was absolutely delicious!

The shining river was an exceptional stay. I would recommend to anyone going to Vietnam. Its a very clean and welcoming hotel with all the luxury of the bigger chain but with the comfort and friendliness of a family owned business. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I've enjoyed everything in this hotel : - The awesome suite we booked was amazing and beautiful (big, clean, very large and comfy bed, incredible bathroom and view) : it's simply the best room I've stayed in my life - The beautiful garden and swimming pool area - The location itself, a good compromise if you want calm area but still close to the city and the beach (7 min motorbike / car to Hoi An and to the Beach) And of course the very kind and amazing staff who helped me to organize this surprize for my boyfriend's birthday and even had small attentions for us. It really touches us and I want to thank them all again.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Many thanks to the reception staff, who went above and beyond and welcomed us like no other hotel, especially Vi. Decent breakfast and fantastic pool. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Lovely garden. :-)
