the service was excellent, all of the staff was so nice and enthusiastic. I like that breakfast is served at your room. While the selection of food is not various, the quality was delicious. I enjoyed the free spa offer, which was so relaxing. The hotel was nicely facilitated, and the staff was so well trained, I could not find any one who was unprofessional or had bad attitude, all of the employees whom I met at this hotel were so helpful and kind.

The staff is very friendly. The included breakfast, spa, and courtesy shuttle make this hotel stand out. The breakfast options are all really tasty, especially the Vietnamese beef steak. The pool area and spa are very relaxing. The people working in the spa are very skilled and nice. I was surprised by how convenient the courtesy shuttle was. You can just drop by the front desk or give them a call and the shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go in the city. The hotel even called me before my arrival and let me know that I could call them for a free shuttle ride to the hotel from the ferry port. There are also a lot of nearby restaurants and bars.

We loved our time here! We stayed in a 2 room suite. It was VERY large. Our children had their own space and we had ours. I was not expecting a full size refrigerator and kitchen items. The location is in a sweet little neighborhood. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to restaurants. If you don't want to walk, there is a free shuttle service, which is very convenient. The hotel has multiple tour options to to pick from. We did not do a tour, but we did take advantage of their "restaurant recommendations." Both meals the staff recommended were excellent. There is a small pool, sauna and steam room at the hotel, as well as a lovely roof top bar area. We will definitely come back!
