Owners love trees and are welcoming. We may help for all information you need. We can look for a scooter to rent for you with local price. We can organize the picking-up from airport with local price if you want to. We have equipped the house for you. We will be happy if you can use it like at home.

Property info

New house, modern and adapted to the local climate, very easy access. Large garden with many local trees and plants. Not overlooked. Terraces, balconies and common living areas. Room with individual balcony, toilet and bathroom. Bed in solid wood, matress in natural rubber, bedding in natural cotton, air conditioning, fan, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, towel, bath towel, inside flip-flop (the client needs to bring toothpaste and toothbursh himself). The owners don't live in the house. You can use all equipments in the common area like at home (kitchen with fridge, oven, cooker, tableware, dishes, culery, toaster, spices...) wash machine with liquid for washing (OMO brand), drying area, terrace, iron, ironing board.

Neighborhood info

Our homestay is located within a land of a 900m2 garden, at the foot of the famous Thiên An pine hill and Thủy Tiên lake in Hue, Vietnam. The site offers very beautiful views around and especially towards the small pine forest to the south. Many feudal mausoleums and famous sites are nearby: Khải Định, Tự Đức, Thiệu Trị, Minh Mạng, Gia Long tombs, etc., the famous Le Ba Dang memorial, traditional pagodas, the Vong Canh belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Perfume River.
