I like it's location in Hanoi. It wasn't too far from any of the places that we wanted to go to. The staff was really wonderful. Even though there was a little mix up on the first day of our stay, June was really accommodating. I even forgot that's was upset. Our stay was very pleasant! I highly recommend this place for those staying in Hanoi!
